1. Labour

Our labour charges reflect both the work carried out and the costs of running a professional, fully Insured business. We bill in 15-minute increments, because we believe it’s unfair to charge a full hour if an engineer runs just a few minutes over. This way, you only pay for the actual time spent completing the job.

  • Callout Charge £75

  • Plumbing & Heating Work: £11 Per 15 minutes

  • Electrical & Gas Work: £12.50 Per 15 min

All jobs are billed based on actual time spent. You only pay for the work carried out. For larger projects that span multiple days, we provide weekly invoices. This helps manage costs, keeps the project running smoothly, and ensures there are no surprises. Work continues only once the previous invoice has been settled.

Labour rates cover fully qualified & insured engineers. Tools, equipment and vehicle running costs. Training and ongoing professional development. Administration, scheduling and project management.

2. Materials

Materials are an important part of any job, and we aim to make everything clear and fair. For materials supplied by us, we apply a 20% handling fee, which covers storage, transport, preparation, and quality checks. Every part we supply and fit comes with a 12-month labour warranty, while any warranty for the parts themselves must be claimed directly by the customer through the manufacturer.

You are welcome to supply your own materials at no extra charge. Please note that we cannot provide a warranty or take responsibility for faults on customer-supplied items — any issues with these remain the customer’s responsibility.

We also take care of disposing of scrap metal or old components. We do not charge a scrap handling fee, and any scrap value is taken into account upfront and deducted from the price, so you only pay for what’s actually needed.
